Returns and Exchange

Apply only to CRC standard program items. Returns and/or exchanges must be processed within 30 days of date of invoice.

All made to order (custom) products are considered final sale, as the product is decorated only once the order is received. Any questions whether a particular product is held in stock should be directed to crc@creomarketing.com 

Size Exchanges

For any standard program items it's no problem to exchange garments for a different size. Please email crc@creomarketing.com to request an exchange. We'll provide our warehouse address so you can ship the original size back to us, then we'll prepare the new size needed to production.

Defective Merchandise and Shortages - Applies to both inventory and non-inventory items

Claims for receipt of defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days of invoicing. If product is damaged, broken or defective, please contact Creo Marketing by emailing crc@creomarketing.com.

An RA number must be issued. No claim will be allowed after 30 days. Inadvertent shipping of wrong size, colour or style will be accepted for exchange provided they are in original packaging and have not been soiled, damaged or altered in any way.

Shortages

If a shipment appears damaged make a note on the transportation receipt "received in bad order" then if on opening the goods are damaged or missing please notify your courier. If a shipment appears to be in good order but some items are missing please notify us within five (5) working days of receipt of order to make the appropriate adjustments. Shortage claims on shipments shipped to a third party will not be honoured.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours by contacting us at 1-877-726-9775 or by email crc@creomarketing.com.
